It´s really easy! From any mobile device just call your city's access number and dial:
011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number + key # or from the Latinfone´s app , save the access number of your city and dial directly from your contacts or the dialing panel.
+ 1.2. Does Latinfone only work with US numbers?
Yes. Latinfone is only available for US numbers.
+ 1.3. Does Latinfone work with every phone?
Yes. You can use landlines or any mobile to make your calls.
+ 1.4. Can I keep or use my existing phone number?
Yes. You don’t require a second number to use the Latinfone´s service.
+ 1.5. Does Latinfone support international calls?
Yes. Latinfone´s service is exclusive to make international calls to landlines or mobiles from the United States.
+ 1.6. When dialing a number, what will my caller ID be?
When you make a call, your ID will be the number you have recharged to use the service.
+ 1.7. Can I use Latinfone if I don’t have internet or wifi?
Of course! One of the greatest benefits of the service is that you don’t require internet or wifi to use it.

3. My Account
+ 3.1 What is My Account and why should I register for it?
My Account is the simplest, most convenient way to manage your Latinfone Services. Once you register in My Account, you can log in 24/7.
+ 3.2 What can I do within My Account?
You can change your password, assign or remove additional numbers to your account, make refills and change payment information.
+ 3.3 I have forgotten my password to access My Account. What can I do?
1. Click “Forgot password?” (Link under the Password field on the My Account login page.)
2. You will be asked to provide your number and the email address.
3. Finally, you will be prompted to enter a new customized password twice for confirmation purposes.
4. Once you are log in you´ll be redirected to the main page. Your new password will be saved, and you can use it to log back into My Account.
+ 3.4 How to assign or remove additional numbers to your account?
To assign or remove additional numbers on your account, log in to My Account and select numbers link in the menu.
+ 3.5 Can I share my balance?
Of course! You can share your balance with the numbers you added to your account.
+ 3.6 Where can I see my current account balance?
To see your account balance log in to My Account and view the Balance section. In this page, you will also be able to change your payment settings.

+ 4.3. How do I install Latinfone´s App on my device?
Go to the download links, Android or iOS. Once downloaded, in the settings section save the access number of your region and dial directly from your contacts or the dialing panel.
+ 4.4. Can I use Latinfone´s App when I´m not in the US?
No. Latinfone allows you to call only from the United States.
+ 4.5. Can I use Latinfone´s App if I don´t have internet or wifi?
Yes! One of the greatest benefits of the Latinfone service is that you don’t require internet or wifi to use the application.
+ 4.6. How many contacts can I store in Latinfone´s App?
As many contacts as your phone contact list allows. The application is able to read your phone's address book and identify international numbers so you can call them whenever you want.
+ 4.7. Is Latinfone´s App required to make or receive phone calls?
Not at all! You can make calls from any mobile device, with or without the application.
+ 4.8. If the outbound dialing is not working in the app, how can I dial out?
You can manually dial your access number + the international number.
5. Recharge
+ 5.1. What payments does Latinfone accept?
You can fund your account with credit or debit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
+ 5.2. Calls from Latinfone consume minutes from my phone provider?
Yes, when you dial your access number you will consume minutes of your phone provider but as a local call.
+ 5.3. My card has been declined, what should I do?
You can try again or with another card.
+ 5.4. How does Latinfone protect my credit or debit card information?
All the information that you enter and send is protected. Latinfone use the highest level of security for all our online transactions.
+ 5.5. Does my recharge or funds expire?
With Latinfone the balance of your funds doesn’t expire.
+ 5.6. What is the maximum daily recharge amount?
A maximum daily recharge of US $ 25 per phone and / or card is allowed.
+ 5.7. What is the daily limit of recharge transactions?
A maximum of 5 daily transactions are allowed.
